Vivro has the requisite team and experience is Resolution of NPAs for many years, even before the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) was instituted. We are in a position to provide a range of Services under the IBC code:

Interim Resolution Professionals:
Our team has qualified Insolvency Professionals who can act as Interim Resolution Professionals (“IRP”) of the Creditor or the Debtor (“Applicant/s”) who have filed an application for initiating corporate insolvency resolution process u/Sec.7, 9 or 10 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

Resolution Professional (“RP”):
Our team member is qualified to be appointed by the Committee of Creditors (“C-o-C”) as the Resolution Professional (“RP”) for any case admitted by NCLT for resolution under IBC,2016.

Insolvency Advice:
We provide professional and impartial advice to Debtors and Creditors and their Lawyers, Accountants and Directors for the best course to be adopted for the resolution process in case of default by the Debtor.

Representation in Committee of Creditors (“CoC”):
We can represent one or more creditors jointly or the corporate debtor in the CoC, to articulate their point of view and report the developments of the Resolution Process

Voluntary Liquidation of a Corporate Person:
We provide advise and execution capability to corporate persons to go for voluntary liquidation under Sec. 59 of Chapter V of the Code. We provide end to end services of advice and execution while coordinating with all related agencies such as Banks, Valuers, ROCs, Government agencies etc. to complete the entire task of Voluntary Liquidation of Corporate Persons.

Structured Finance:
As part of our larger team at Vivro, we are in a position to raise required funds from distressed funds, industries and HNIs who are willing to invest in distressed situations.
