PROCESS

Vivro assists Banks and Financial Institutions in recovery of their outstanding dues under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and helps in taking possession; extend custodial services, and effect recovery by sale of assets and other related services.

SCOPE OF WORK

Drafting & Verification

Drafting of Demand Notice & correspondence in that regards. Carry out verification & provide valuation report while ensuring that security is enforceable in law.

Inspection Activities

Pre- Takeover inspection in order to decide the time, duration & line of action of enforcement, access the requirement of security arrangement during and after the enforcement.

Representation & Coordination

Assistance in obtaining legal orders from the concerned authority and arranging for
police protection and other security arrangement, if required.

Possession Activities

Possession of Secured Assets which includes taking and preparation of inventory, measurement of the property, putting the lock and seal at the appropriate place, obtaining Panchnama, etc.

Custodial Services

Custodial Services like making suitable arrangements for Preservation, maintenance,
Security, safety and Housekeeping of the assets, as may be required by the Bank/FI.

Recovery of Dues

By way of compromise, settlement or sale of properties through auction or private sale.

We are operating in the states of Maharashtra and Gujarat. We have taken possession of properties in several cities of Maharashtra such as Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Raigad, Nagpur, Ahmednagar, Kolhapur and Aurangabad, etc.
In Gujarat, we have executed possession and recoveries in several locations such as Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Vapi, Daman, Silvassa, etc.
Our experience also includes taking possession of large tracts of land covering several hundred of acres with complex land and labour issues.
